"Young Leaders provides me a flexible job which is really useful for me. It also helps me develop skills and work with experienced personnel. Covid had forced me to become a freelancer, but I really wanted to work in an organisation with people where I can share and collaborate. Ethos has allowed me to gain experience with varied design projects, working collaboratively with people of varied levels of experience in design. I have built my leadership skills and Ethos has invited and inspired me to become entrepreneurial, while helping me build a network of contacts. I have worked on branding for Ethos corporate, Young Leaders, InDependAbility, Aspect Magazine and Wilder. I was the first Young Leader to work with an organisation external to Ethos - an agency called CommComm. I led an online brand review workshop for the team. They were so impressed that they have developed work packages so more Young Leaders can support their client work."
