I am enjoying my role at Ethos as it is allowing me to expand my horizons. My main focus has been to drive our new ClickUp project management software adoption and automation. I have learned the Agile Scrum framework approach through implementing my own projects such as migrating our Value Recognition process to ClickUp. There still is a lot of work that needs to be done before we can roll it out for everyone but my understanding of Click Up has been improving allowing me to understand the limitations of the platform as well. I am pleased with my progress - I am learning new skills everyday.
