Joining Ethos has been a very interesting learning curve so far, and whilst I still feel I have lots of things to get to grips with I am excited by the possibilities for learning, thinking and creating laid out ahead! I have definitely found remote work a bit challenging as being around people and in different environments really energises me; however, this is counteracted with everyone’s continued friendliness and warmth when approached, and the freedoms that remote work allows! The projects I’ve reached out to entail creative opportunities oriented around mental health and people’s stories. I would love to develop some writing about all these intersections, relating them to Ethos.
