What Ethos Young Leaders means to me

Joel Escayg
Connor Rennie
Connor, 25, is a graduate of the Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh: "There are two things that interest me most about the world, the first is the discovery of new cultures and places, and how these are often so different from each other and from what I am typically used to. The second is the way that people assign value to things. For example, some people see wealth as purely financial/economic, whilst other people attribute more value to experiences and knowledge. I would assign myself to the latter category. I seek wealth in happiness and through the spreading of positive energy. I am motivated mainly by my ambition to grow myself as a person whilst also making my family proud. This is also what drives me, the idea that I can always be a better version of myself. I want to ensure that I live an admirable and meaningful life, one which my future children might be inspired by. I am keen to receive mentorship and guidance from experienced entrepreneurs and business professionals whilst I am at Ethos, as well as gaining practical, hands-on experience in rewarding projects that produce tangible results. I also hope to discover and develop my innate talents and start my career journey. It feels good to do good work!"
