My Ethos Value Exchange states ‘I would give to society the acceptance necessary for us to move forward as a species, to move away from prejudice and bigotry and towards a united future without borders.’ When I was given full control on the editorial team as well as the chance to influence our sponsorship proposition, I was glad that Ethos saw rebranding for Pride as an impetus to try and build long lasting relationships with LGBTQ+ charities and non-profits rather than just a chance to boost PR. I am now leading that campaign! I feel like I am making a lasting impact within Ethos and I want to be a part of it going forward.
