CoP: The onboarding process

The most straightforward process to early engagement  

Step 1: There are literally no barriers to becoming a member of the Ethos Commons. Get a login and join the welcome community.

Step 2: Whilst in the welcome community, get to know other members and be introduced to the principles of the commons and how we govern it.

Step 3: When you feel ready, commit to the principles, the governance rules and  dive into the rest of the community where you will find other, like minded people working on exciting projects.  In this ‘bootstrap’ phase there is a unique opportunity to contribute to the founding documents and processes in order to make it easier for others to follow after you.
