Being with Ethos has given me the freedom to explore different roles, work with new people and build positive partnerships with organisations. As a self-declared people-person, working with my fellow Young Leaders towards a common goal is incredibly fulfilling and aligns with my key values. My main focus has been on the Amplifi project, helping to plan and deliver the ‘Finding Your Why’ workshop activities working in partnership with the National Youth Agency. I think it went really well, there were lots of discussions and the audience seemed really receptive to everything we shared - it was definitely something I felt proud to have been a part of.
