It has been amazing so far: I have been involved in numerous projects which is helping me further develop myself and help push Ethos to achieve more. I have worked with more people and been able to provide my insight into numerous projects as well as just providing a fun environment. I have done a blog about the Metaverse , worked collaboration with UX connections, been involved in the Lisa Lashes project and helping in running the “Know your why” with Michael, Lauren and Bailey and the NYA amplifi workshops with Milo. I am responsible for running and developing the Google Mentorship scheme - to see if Google could possibly provide more for some of our new Young leaders, as well as seeing how young leaders are finding their sessions.
