Projects that inspire positive change and meaningful work motivate me to operate at my best. I feel happy to get up in the morning and put in the work because I know it helps people and it is a good use of time. I have found it very interesting getting into running the Ethos Wilder and Wilder Sensing activity backlog, and learning about the business side of how a start up operates. Through Ethos Wilder, I can now do something meaningful each day, and this brings out my best work because I can fully get behind it. Each day I know I’m going to be doing something useful and productive, that’s going to contribute to a wider impact.
